All terrain vehicles should be covered by the same laws as motorcycles.
Maybe in your jurisdiction, they are regulated in a similar way, but where I live, they don't have to be licenced, they don't have to be insured, and they are not SUPPOSED to be on the roads. However, I see them DAILY on the highways. And I'm not talking, diddling cautiously along the dirt of the shoulder. I'm talking full speed, down the middle of the road! Shirt flappin' in the breeze, thank you very much. Now, why should they be able to do that without paying the same fees and licences we drivers have to pay? If that thing hit me, it would do some serious damage to my car. If it hit a pedestrian, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be feeling too well. Not to mention the condition the operator would be in, in either scenario. They can go as fast as a bike, they should be treated the same way. ATVs are nifty little vehicles, lots of pep and very versatile. If they were properly regulated, those law abiding folks who wouldn't ride them on the roads now, could use them for business purposes, commuting, or whatever.
What is your favorite terrain? Why?
Is your favorite terrain a desert scene, temperate forest, tropical forest, etc.?
Best Beach/WheelChair Ever!
[em]shocked[/em]I saw this on craigslist for sale at a very reduced price. Boy, could I have done with this a few years ago, for my then partner had 2 knee surgeries and could never walk on the beach with me. I was so lonely..I would have pushed them miles for the company with this awesome wheelchair! I didn't know they existed. Hey it must be motorised too though ya think? But anyway, I love this and would highly recommend it! Have you ever seen one of these?[em]blink[/em][em]wub[/em]
how many of you guys drive, im guessing alot?
i drive a acura rsx, dropped two inches, loud pipes, its got 18s, to kicker l7s, greddy spoiler, alpine head unit, zenon lights. do you guys like those kind of cars, if not what kind of cars do you like, muscle, import, luxary, or really dont give a crap?
Which do you prefer, taking a shower, or taking a bath?
Hi!All I prefer taking a shower to taking a bath. Taking a shower is quick and convenient. You don't need to fill the bath pool. In public bathroom, I always take a shower. Because it's clean to take a shower and avoid getting infected diseases. In my house, especially in winter, I enjoy taking a bath because it can keep me warm in the bath pool.

Your Dream Car?
Which is you Dream Car, Aston Martin, BMW, Porsche .............................
how do you like to travel?
I absolutely LOVE to travel! But I prefer to travel by car rather than plane. I love being able to see the sights and all the different terrain. How do you like to travel? Car? Plane? Bus? Train?
Do you consider a horse a vehicle?
It appears that someone has decided that horses are subject to the same rules as cars, trucks, UTV's, ATV's, etc... Well, i don't see the resemblance. Especially when it comes to forest access and traffic. How are horses and trucks supposed to get along on single lane roads? Are you kidding me? A horse is not going to ruin the terrain by crossing over it. Trees wont get run down and such? Why would horses not be allowed to go where they go? I understand all about hunting seasons. But those are certain times of the year. Not ALL year. The reason i bring this up is because in my local area, we will have to access the forest with trailers and stay on the main trails with the off roaders. Many of us bought on the edge of the forest is because we can go right out of our back yards. Now they want to take that away. Why? Create more fuel consumption? Take away the civil liberties of man? Park fees? What do you think?
Treadmill, or Running Outside?
Recently, I bought my first treadmill. It's not that great, but I found that I been running on it more often than I have been running outside.Personally, I feel that running on the treadmill does not provide as much of a challenge as running outside, where the terrain constantly changes (it's just that I can jog for a longer time without getting tired, even if I crank up the incline).Treadmills are WAY more convenient though, and they are better for bad knees. That's my excuse to myself now, but since the weather's been turning for the better, I was wondering how many of you prefer treadmills, and how many run outside? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each for you?
